Beloved son of Dennis & Mildred Hart, dearly loved brother of Gaynor and Ian, dearest uncle of Bleddyn, Gethin and Jack.

Cremation service to take place at Llanelli Crematorium on Thursday 11th September at 2:00pm.

Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired can be made to 'The British Diabetic Association'
